No more will I be taking shots which include the posts seen here or the boats which once tied up in the middle of the estuary. Some posts still remain but only along the fringes of the estuary. I do however have many shots such as this taken over the last couple of years which I can still share. Needless to say the view from the spot I took this shot is now very boring.

Hello David,
Another misty and moody shot.
I love the soft tones and the reflections.

Such a shame David that those posts have gone, because it is good to have some places where you always can be sure to have a "good catch".
Pure beauty once again.

They do these things David, and nothing you can do about it, such a shame.
People will come along in years to come and not give it a second thought!

Anyway the poles are in this shot, and a lovely one it is too, lovely atmosphere.

Hi David. Many years ago I came across a similar scene in the Lake District where the water and mist merged seamlessly. I hadn't a camera with me and always regretted it. So if you don't mind I'll sit here looking at this great picture while trying to suppress my jealousy.

Stunning. I love how the water and mist are one. Great tones. Lovely reflections. Beautifully composed.

Hi David,
Nicely captured shot, a shame you wont be able to get these shots anymore, the reflections and details are great here.
Well done
Regards Andy

Hello David

This really is a stunning shot, i love the sheen on the water and such a peaceful but delicate feel. A shame all this is now gone but thankfully you savoured some to show us later Smile

My dear friend of many faces. You know without me saying what I think of this. One of your better ones, if there is any way to compare them. Stunning as always and so identifiable as yours.

This is perfect, what a vision and feeling here. Too bad about progress, if that's what it is. Glad you've captured some of this for eternity though.
Has Tasmania been victim of the brutal heat as well?

A great capture. I loke how the sky and water just melt together as one. Good detail and clarity also.
