When I see your derelict house I'm left to wonder how this house can endure when it looks as if the slightest breeze would blow it over set against the built to the latest codes structures that are destroyed by the various forces of nature. I find the high contrast feel of the image (especially as one's eyes move to the left in the picture) works to bring a paintlike quality to the resulting composition.

The old place does have character and you've captured it very well.
Looks like that tree grew in a lot of wind too, the way its trunk is bent.

This old place looks like it won't be long before it's flat out on the ground. WHAT A CAPTURE, Pat, you caught it taking it's last breath - it's got quite a lean to it.

You have framed it with the trees so well. Such a pretty house even sagging and leaning.
