I like the shadow, the slight ripple in the water she creates a sense of forward motion and the contrast between bird and water which serves to make the bird stand out quite strongly in the image. I wish you would have focused slightly lower to include more of the shadow.

The big wide ripple in the water around this buy give thoughts to just how big his feet must be to cause that wide a ripple. And your settings on your camera were so precise to capture the bright sun without blowing anything away. EXCELLENT!!!

Looks like he has his eye on some fish tail, ole dead-eye. Nice capture and I like the ripple, reflection and lighting.

The ripples are nice and I agree with Jan that a little more of the reflection would be nice.
