Hello there STeve? and a very warm welcome to PC. A really beautiful scene for your first posting. Nice natural framing either side with the grasses and the trees. I like the little track leading us down to the water and the warm colours in the BG are absolutely stunning. A wonderful scene here and one that I would be happy to have hanging on the wall.

Hi Steve. I really do like everything about this. The light is wonderful and your composition just perfect. I find myself wandering through the image to discover new highlights and points of interest. The mist on the water captured so perfectly just adds so much atmosphere really a very fine work.

This excellent picture reminds me of an early Autumn morning's fishing with the mist just beginning to rise from the water. The low sun highlighting the fall colours is wonderful too.

Looks like a painting. A little bit more of the background foilage and a bit less of the FG would have made this photo perfect for me.

Not that I like autumn that much, but for pictures, its maybe the best season.
