Hi Richard - and another belated welcome! This guy is a Billy Connolly look-alike. My feeling is that this would benefit from a crop from the left roughly along the base of the guitar. This, (IMO) concentrates the attention rather more instead of being distracted by the background.

Hello there and a very warm welcome to PC
I must admit when I first looked at this shot in the gallery as a thumb nail I thought it was Billy Connoly. I am going to disagree with Vic regarding the BG here, I can see his point but for me it tells more of his story and shows a little of his life so I like it.
