Standing on Collaroy beach in the sun, looking out to sea, not another soul in sight of us, watching the clouds and waves. Brilliant.

Update remembered.
Whilst we were standing there after some time we were approached by a guy on a horse.....anyway, after exchanging pleasntries he asked a question that needed no answer..." Does it get any better than this" ?..and rode away...
They know they have it good in some of these places and appreciate it...as they should.

Can hear the roar of the waves as they approach the beach - just beautiful! Only thing missing is the smell of that wonderful salt air. Perfect sky too - your exposure was bang on. ....but watch out for those great white's - they hang out in that land "down under'.

A view that captures my sense of lose at having this view for much of my life looking out across the Pacific from the Pacific Northwest and now the view is highrises and vehicles. There is a sense of peacefulness that is evoked by the view with the inclusion of clouds and the slight swell in the ocean which works to enhance that feeling for me. A simple but effective image which evokes so much for me both in terms of feelings and thoughts.

"Does it get any better than this?" Answer is no. I ask this same question every time I go to walk on the beach and the answer is always the same. You should enlarge and frame. This is the perfect image to put in an office or hospital where people need to relax and breath. Your colors and composition are spot on. Perfect placement of the center of interest, the bright wave in the dark area.
