The quality of the lighting has more of an impact in your image of the Pink Camellia than was the case with the previous blossom... well at least to my eye or perhaps there is more contrast here between the pink and green foliage. Just wishing that there were flowers like this one could photograph locally... perhaps by May or June... fingers crossed.

I very much like this exposure of the pink camellia over the red one - the light and shadows give a 3D look and feel. Did you bring this one inside to have your wife put it between her teeth while she danced for you? Smile

A pretty pink Vic. I do miss the camelia bushes at the previous rental but not the landlord,
