Over the days at Perfectly Captured I've posted a number of pictures from a visit to Vancouver, B.C. in December 1995. Here is another one looking east from near the entrance to Stanley Park towards the Vancouver skyline as seen in 1995.

I've tried these images in b&w, color and I thought I would try something different with this posting. A hue that would go along with the snowy setting. Originally the picture was taken with a Cokin filter with a golden hue.

Your conversion from the Golden hue filtered picture to this is most effective.
I suspect that the skyline will have changed during the last 20 years since this was taken. It's very cold looking!

Your cooling filter is a perfect fit to this frozen view of Vancouver. the slight blue tint on the water completes this perfectly and I love the details.
