I like the nature of the reflection which stands out strongly and serves as a foundation for the actual heron. I find, for myself, that a tighter cropping of the image works best to both isolate the heron and its reflection and to eliminate most of the immediate out of focus grasses.

An excellent capture and really sharp reflection.
What I would do is add a little contrast (or turn down the brightness/exposure) so the heron becomes similar in shade to what its reflection is here and thus deepen the colours too.
