For this Infrared taken at the Pen ponds in Richmond park I processed as usual in LR but I did not channel swap so the colour were as from camera with red sky and blue foliage. I then de-saturated all but the blue/cyan which I adjusted just a little to the shade I wanted.
My wife wants it for a card but I would want the swan a foot clear of the reeds and slightly turned towards me - anyone know a swan whisperer?

The process described for this composition brings a dream like quality to the image... both the bluish hue and the inclusion of the swan (even if turned away from the viewer). I thought there was someone standing just to the right of the swan but enlarging the images reveals the lower portion of a tree trunk with leaves where a human's hands would normally be).
