A trying 2 weeks or more, Sandy and I both flu ridden me for the first time in years. On top of that I was taken to hospital by ambulance yesterday with pain in one leg, I knew it was something to do with varicose veins but not exactly what before ultrasounds pinpointed a blood clot mid-thigh.
Blood thinners for at least 3 years and fitness regime for short walks, one end of the house to the other.
Grey trees on one of the many walks around Launceston.

Looks as if the tree was shedding its bark. Image works well to capture a sense of textural weathering.

A text book example of weathered textures. You captured all the details perfectly and I especially like the shedded bark filling the bottom of the area around the tree.

Good shot for the theme - the small amount of green on the tree really stands out.
Hope all goes well on the health front.
