The location where I used to work came along with an assortment of farm equipment that in 1971 when we came to this locale was already dated but we salvaged what we could and put that equipment to good use harvesting hay for our farm animals.

Everything changed when the City of Winnipeg informed us we could no longer raise farm animals and the farm equipment just sat and rusted in a field behind our building.

I took this shot lying on the ground with the teeth of cultivator overhead. I was trying to get a shot that included this farm equipment and our building in the background.

Great shot for the them Jan. I have vivid memories of sitting on a piece of cardboard changing points on a plough back in the days when the chap I worked for still ploughed before planting seed. Barked knuckles and freezing conditions.
