...."Thanks"...., to everyone at PC for your support. Three of the recent ...."Dorothy's Barn".... series were selected as favorites by fellow members, a wonderful honor.

In addition ...."Frosty Winter Wonderland"...., selected by a fellow member as a favorite, was recently selected as December 2009- NTV- First Alert Weather picture for their 2009 Calendar. That station covers a 4 state area.

...."Frosty Winter Wonderland"...., was recently printed as the cover picture for a regional, 7 State, publication with a readership of 80,000.

Thanks again to everyone for your tremendous support and talents. Your amazing talents continues to challenge me to improve my images. -Larry

The Delta Kite, a relaxing hobby of mine, is a 19 foot kite. The middle streamer is 100 feet long and 2 outside streamer are 50 feet. The three pieces of line laundry are each 25 feet. The kite flies on 300# test line and is anchored to the ground (not hand held).

Thanks, so much, to everyone for looking in to my gallery and special thanks to all who leave thoughts, ideas and comments. -Larry

Hi Larry,
I bet that takes some getting up!!
This is a nice bright shot with good colours and a nice diagonal presentation, I think maybe you have slihtly oversharpened as to me the sky does not look quite right and there seems to be some pixelation on the line.
Still nice work.
Regards Andy.

P.S Well done on the use of your pictures.

Hi Larry
I love the explosion of colours in this photo. May be a bit more of the blue sky all around would have helped the composition.

Hi Larry. I think I might have taken a little 'artistic license ' with this capture and cloned out the white line and the lines attached to the outside streamers. Other than that a colorful capture and well presented too.

Regards, Phill.

Outstanding work, Larry. Congrats for the success you have achieved with your shots..you really deserve it.

I was sure that the kite wasn't hend held...you couldn't have held a 19 foot kite with 1 hand and photographed it with the other :P

Very well done and thanks for sharing.

Regards - Steve
