Simple but effective. I love the cloud detail, although I think that personally had this been mine I would have increased contrast and maybe add in some more drama to that amazing sky with a little dodging and burning in Photoshop.

Fab shot here, great lead through the image with the pathway and an interesting and agressive looking sky. Nice touch in mono and very effective.

I love the mountains -- I wonder if a tad more contrast would make them stand out more. Great sky

Like a scene from an old film. It looks like its just waiting for characters to walk onto the set.Brooding and intense. Nice work. Well done.

I love this and I think I have been there years ago when I was a kid. Is this the same area as Pisgah National Park along the NC/SC border? I remember a family Vacation years ago we went there and would LOVE to go back and visit sights as The Devil's Courthouse and Sliding Rock... I also remember shiny rocks but not sure where. Messege me if you can because I was just wondering.
