Well, the horizon seems a bit off, tilted a little. Though the sky is clear and blue, the scene is a little dark.
On the other hand, I like your composition, the foremost old driftwood is balanced by the logs further back.

I don't think it is tilted Steve, the horizon shows good with the curvature of the earth equally balanced. It does need more contrast however . A very nice composition with the second piece of driftwood filling the space to the right

No, it's not tilted it's the water line gives that look. It does need more contrast IMO. I put an auto curve on this which did the trick. It also benefits from an adjustment to the hue of the cyan/blue and of increased saturation to yellow and red.
If that sounds like a lot of criticism let me say that I really like this shot but it has great potential to be even better IMO.

A realy nicely composed shot, nice sharp detail in the wood.

Love it.. I think this is my favourite so far in the series. Its the compostion that does it for me.. often we see driftwood or stones as FG interest but the little pool of water the wood is sitting in makes for an interesting POV with lovely detail too.
