A sleeping swan, lying in dark grasses - that is not an easy task you gave yourself. Because the sharp contrast between light and dark the feathers in the middle of the swan's body are overexposed. You could try to overcome that by using a light correction with probably 3 steps down and then make a copy of the picture, use a gamma correction upwards on the copy and with the clonestamp paint in the body of the swan - it would be beautiful to see each and every feather on it.
Now I have to tell you that I am no expert in photography - I am still learning how to make a good picture - so these are just my thoughts.

The highlight exposure is so close to spot-on that a very small adjustment in Shadow/highlights is all this needs. As Els says, a difficult exposure handled well.

What a lovely shot,he/she is keeping a close eye on you. I wont mention the OE as thats been covered. I love the way you have composed this and the colour and detail is just right in my opinion.
