Hello Peter,
Great to see you here. I am so pleased you have joined PC.
This is quite the stunning image. A well balanced and composed harbour scene.I love all the rigging covered in snow. Great catch and in fine detail. Is part of the image desaturated, or was it snowing so hard that colour only peeps out here and there? The best, Joni

Hello Peter, no hesitation here what so ever. this for me is 10/10 I would definately buy this image in the shops.. lovely composition very nicely balanced with the diagonal snowey ground bottom right. the framing here really does act like a window drawing the eye further into the image.. once I started to look more closely I suddenly saw the image is not Black and white there are dots of colour on the boats and I find it absolutely fascinating. Tiny shame you did not upload a larger size, images upto 1600 pixels accross can be posted here. Size in this instance didnt really matter though. OopsI almost forgot.. the white balance is also top notch! I absolutely love it well done my friend.

Hello Peter
Of all of Canada, BC has got to be the only place where you see boats still in the water during winter.
The result of your capture and composition is fantastic, the snow takes over to make this perfect. I have to admit that all the while I lived there I never saw this much snow except high up in the mountains.
