This is a simple street photo in Kampala, the interesting part is the sign advertising a football match, watching and listening to premier league football is a big thing. Everyone has their favorite team.
On the radio they have a commentary, what they do is that someone with access to the internet watches the game on a TV and gives a running commentary for the radio audience. A match like this will have all the bars up and down the street in uproar as goals are scored and games won or lost.
