Good focus, strong impact (those eyes), good choice of aperture (DOF). A little overexposed. Your raptor shots are all good. What I'm missing is "balance". These are nature/wildlife photos. My eye is looking for elements in the shot that would balance out the subject - without this it becomes a record shot of a bird. Whether it be a branch, backdrop or other secondary object does not matter as long as it adds context which brings balance. Maybe I'm just completely jealous of the photo opportunities you have Smile
