Very unusual pose for this doe. You were so quick to adjust and react to this unique position by this doe. OUTSTANDING WORK.

Great capture, the DOF really makes her stand out from the background, good noise control from the Canon with the high ISO too.
Well done

Unusual pose well captured - I love the sharp details in her face and head. And i she really directing traffic or pointing at you telling you to leave her alone
Cheers....Mark

Thanks for your comment on my dawg Wilber. Congrats on all your success. All your animal pics on this site are really exellent, partly due to the subject matter I feel but seriously I`ll keep an eye on your stuff to see if I can learn something. Off to Krugar Park S. Africa next year. I need all the help going to get some decent pics and not snaps........Charlie

Thanks again for your comment on "Battle Scars". Giraff together with Zebra is the prefered or most comman kill of the Lion although not captured as often as the chase and kill of the Buck. I`ve commented on your pics. before and you have many exellent shots this one being one of many. You`ve had so much success in photography and I applaud you for that. I hope to simulate you in some of my pics. with help from all on this site. Take care. Charlie.

Great capture, I wonder if she had a young one nearby to go into an aggressive stance?
