Strange title, you say ? Maybe... This little village at the borders of the mouth of the river Westerschelde in "Zeeland" (the Netherlands) is called "Nummer Eén"... and translated into English it is : "Number One"...

Hi Luc,
I like your leadin line here and the shadows cast on the sand, there is some nice cloud formation too, I think here like on your last shot the use of a CP or ND Grad filter would help to lift the sky.
Well done

Very good perspective on the curved breakwater. Excellent overall exposure and sharpness making good use of the shadows.

Picture of the book.! Good looking one, Luc.
Yes on the Westerschelde are good pictures to make. (As the weather conditions are good).
I didn't hear before of thïs "Nummer een" village, but I can see it is taken from 'zeeuws vlaanderen' as I recognise the industry of Vlissingen ? upposite of the water. Am I right ?

Splendid seaacape. I like the way you have used the breaker poles to lead us to the subject and have included educational notes. Wonderfully done.

Thanks

Hey there Luc

What a deligthful composition this is. I love how the lead lines with the fence run in from the bottom corner and you have captured the light and shadows with good contrast and excellent details. A very nice shot here and interesting notes too.
Thanks for posting
kind regards Helen

Adri
