Excellent light, details and dof on this capture. I'm surprised this butterfly is out so late in the year! Great job showing his proboscis in action.

Splendid sharpness and depth if field for that 300mm. Great colors and superb background bokeh too.

I agree with Vic regarding the sharpness and the bokeh produced by that lens is awesome Vic .. nice work again

Agree with Helen completely - a superb capture with rich and wonderful saturation. It appears you used your camera as a paintbrush here as it looks to me like a gorgeous paintijng.

Hello Vic.
Great looking close up with the Butterfly on top of the flower.
Perfectly Captured. Only comment, to make it a square picture, which looks good in this, you could have crop off something from the top.
It wil shows it even more closer.
