Good choice of settings to cut back on the glare Vic. Bright colours and good detail. I must get the rod out...and pay for a trout licence,
Dave

Hello Vic,
I like this one for the colors. I don't know if it are my eyes, but the water looks a little strange ?
regards,
Luc.

(I can't imagine you sitting for days..) But fishing is a great past-time with time for meditation, and always the possibility (or hope) for a few seconds of pure excitement. I think you portray that sense of 'anticipation' superbly in this scene with everyone focused on what's about to happen. Wonderful colors! Well done.

I can fully relate to sitting for hours looking at the water and day dreaming, Very relaxing passtime - lets your mind wander where ever it wants with golden memories parading through your head. Love the brilliant jewel like color of the water - so beautiful and the perspective peeking over the shoulders of these guys - puts me there live. All I need now is a fishing pole and someone to put the bait on for me.

Wonderful sharp image with jewel bright colour! The only negative about this shot is that you cropped too close, it would have been better in my opinion to have included all of the boat.
It's a very good and relaxing pass-time, John and I used to go out to sea in our boat and fish for hours.

cropped a little tight for me and the sea looks a little strange .. these things we discussed by mail.I still like the vibrancy of the colours . They must work for the local council ... one man working and four watching
