What a beautiful place to live. We don't get the same bright reds in the UK apart from Japanese maples and as yet our trees are yet to begin turning and the days are quite warm. The colours here are superb yet the subtle warm light on the near grasses shows the colours to be natural. Still like to see your pics bigger.

You have indeed captured the natural beauty here Pat. I like the low pov you have used. We had our first really heavy frost last night. Our leaves should turn quickly now. Beautiful.

Oh Pat this is beautiful - you have no idea how I wish I was in that picture today (instead of this stuffy office!!)The colours are just fab - I'm looking forward to our trees turning to get some nice autumn shots.
Cheers Paula

The Autumn colours are spectacular every where this year. where I live the trees and hedgerows are a picture of colour. A very nice picture Pat and the light you captured is so good. This time of the year when the sun gets low early evening shots can look so good. As Vic says the reds seem more vibrant than ours .. I do like this shot very much Pat.

Pat, Hi:
A very beautiful Autumn image. Your PoV is special with the reeds, water and special fall colors. Very nicely done.
Thanks

Hello Patricia.
Lovely looking water scene with those trees getting in Autumn dress.
No need to alter it more, only my own pref is to make a smal white border around to make it more free from the BG.
I do this easely in Photofilter, (yes frre aswell, haha)where i do also the cropping to 1200 pixels to make it suiteble for PC
Best regards from Jan

Another beauty Pat with the Northern American colours standing out nicely. A good low down POV for the shot with lovely foreground detail. I am constantly amazed at the images some of the point and shoot cameras produce,

Beautiful work Pat, the colors pop but are not over done at all.
Simple setting, with natures "simple" beauty shining through
