Hello Larry and a happy new year to you.
I love the contrast of colours here with the water and the rushes. Well captured with the Canada geese taking off. really nice light and compo. Take care, Joni

Hi Larry,

A lovely sunny composition with those geese taking of and the water splashing behind them. Your camera has chosen the right shuttertime to freeze the movement, but I think the geese were just a bit too quick here.
The geese probably made a lot of noise after you had disturbed them.

HI Larry
Looks like our geese made it to your place. I recogized most of them....hehehe.
The last batch left december 24th in one heck of snow storm.
Good colour, for an action shot its not tack sharp and that is the kind of shots I get when I also try to photograph them, moving water and moving geese so its either the birds or the water. Definitely a good try.

You are number one Larry, good job. I like the colours in the water making up a fine background for you Canadian Friends. You gave yourself a challenge to try to catch these guys in motion. A great start to the first challenge we have been given.

Good Morning friend Larry.
I wonder where your new pictures are. As far I can see the fireplace is your last upoad ?
Nor my monitor shows the pictures not in the right following, also not by the others.
Ok, I opened this one, as it was uploaded on my birthday, but one year ago, haha
Best wishes from Jan
