Very regal/aloof pose, and a good one for a side on portrait (be it human or dog). Focus is a little soft, with the sweet spot of focus seeming to be on his neck and not in the face.

Thats the hello sunshine look Charlie, my Jack Russell does the same thing when sunbaking on chilly days. Good focus on the dog and a nice blurred background,
