Last week I visited my son at the Hollister Ranch where he is employed. This is the view from the front of his house on the ranch compound. The place you can see towards the water is for sale. you can purchase this home and the 100 acres for 26.5..... as in millions. Needless to say we will not be moving there anytime soon.

Well you nailed this one David .. nice composition, exposed perfectly too with good detail in the sky.I love those pastel colours in the sky, and the long shadows add depth.

Hello David.
Wow.. what a view. Would love to live there.
Worth a few penny for sure.

Man: to God, Can I ask you something?
God: Of couse.
Man: What is for you a million years ?
God: A second.
Man: And a Million Dollar ?
God: A penny.
Man: Can you give me a few pennies ?
God: Wait a few seconds.!

Cheers from Jan

David, Hi:

Splendid compositon of this Landscape and Daily Life. I like your composition of reality of colors and PoV. Wonderful ranch scene. Nicely done.

Thanks

Well, if they can wait until I get next month's allowance I'll have it. What a magnificent view to wake up to. You've done a good job here David. It is a pleasant and interesting composition. It is sometimes worth opening gates, especially if they open away from the viewpoint as this invites the viewer to explore further. I honestly think it would make little difference in this case since the gate is so low.
Well composed and exposed with good colours and sharpness.
Vic.

I agree with all, David. A lovely view and a lovely image. You might want to clean your sensor, there seem to be a couple of dust spots which are more evident in the full size version. Again, nicely done.

Lovely light David and fine detail. That property for sale is beyond my means,
David

PS I use Corel Paint Shop Pro not Photoshop, I consider your processing to be near nigh perfect.
