I was just trying to imagine what it would be like to be able to open one's eyes every day to a view such as this... I think I could live with it. I like the nature of the architecture, the view along the canal (leading the eyes of the viewer from the right to the left in the picture), and slightly reflective nature of the water which serves as a strong foundation for the picture.

Very nice indeed , we never really had good light on our trip to Bruges except for short intervals like this .. very well processed,I initially thought it lacked sharpness but looking at the large version I see I was wrong. On this site you do really need to look at the large sizes, as the smaller picture always seems to look softer.Nice work old un

Gorgeous Vic. My favorite of the three (although I haven't looked at #3 yet.) I really like how the greenery seems a part of the buildings and how the canal takes us through the picture. Your composition includes everything I'd want to see and excludes anything extraneous. A beautiful place indeed.

Delightful composition that draws my eye along the waterway through this image. I especially love the perfect saturation - the lighting on that day was made to order.

Vic, Hi:
This is special - especially with the PoV you have choosen and the distinctive blue and white building to immediately draw our eye into the image.
Marvelous

Hello Vic
I am really enjoying this little series and another fine capture here, lovely detail and again your choice of POV is spot on, I guessed from the thumbnail that this was not in the UK, another place I think I would like to visit
Thank you for posting
kind regards Helen

You and Mick both came back with some outstanding images of Bruges, this being amongst them.
