You just can't avoid tourists. I got into position with my back against the lamppost where the band would left wheel towards St James' Palace but the tourists still got in on the act by standing on their heads. I did get the whole band in though.

They get everywhere don't they!! Really love this with the reflection - great POV even with the tourists.
cheers

Vic, Hi:

I really like the tack sharp colors and details. Very well composed with amazing reflections. Thanks for the notes, as well.

I like the perspective that you adopted for this picture using the gleaming reflective surface of the tuba to capture the rest of the band along with those... those... tourists.

I really like your crop - makes for a good 'tight' composition emphasizing (and enclosing) the multiple focal points. The reflection is so cool Vic. Really well seen and taken! One small nit - seems to be some grain in a few areas, for instance around the ear, eye and nose. Still a great shot with a most unique reflection.

Great shot! Love the reflection in the horn and that bright red jacket. Perfect detail and composition.

Someone certainly put some elbow grease into polishing that instrument! Very well seen and nicely cropped. Looks like you may have done a bit of work to lift the shaddow areas on his face which has caused some grainyness but that's a minor issue and the image works very well. Lovely work Vic!
Regards
Vic.

not much to say here Vic .. seen it before and have always like it, no bad points at all ..I noticed the grain like Pat did, but I think he just needed a closer shave. Diplomatic till the end me.
