Nice to see you posting here my friend. A good angle for this shot with lovely natural colours, the water movement is well in focus as is the bottom half of the bird but for me it would be better with the face sharp too.. yes I know my friend not an easy call but I have to say as I see.Still a very nicely composed image with good lighting.

Background and feather detail are good, lighting is harsh but not a lot you can do about that. I think personally I would have gone for a sharp head and water drops using a faster shutter speed to really freeze the movement.

Niet boos worden alsjeblieft, maar ik denk dat een sluitertijd van 1/800 de actie precies scherp zou hebben gevangen - als je shutterpriority gebruikt zal je diafragma van F8, waarschijnlijk F5 of F4 worden, but the most important thing here is the sharpness on his beak and the waterdroplets.
