Joni, Hi:
I like the expression of bold colors with your flowers and the power of positive thinking. Here's planning on that thinking warming us all up. Great warm composition of beautiful colors.
Having to hustle a little writing comments as I just learned of a planned power outage for several hours to repair storm damage. Even the power companies are having trouble keeping up.
Thanks
Larry

I like the arc of tulips from the lower right towards the upper left hand corner (sharper with more clarity than is the case with the tulips in the upper right hand corner) the contrast between the yellow/red of the tulips and the background green leaves and as you say these flowers in all their vivid colors serve as an antidote against the muted snow covered landscape that I'm experiencing currently.

Hello Joni.
This lovely spring tulip field sure brighten up this cold winter.
In my front garden I 'planted' last summer flowering tulips of plastic. Everyone passing it, take a look on that, haha

Lovely shot, Joni...The colours are vivid, and the contrast of yellow and red against the green foliage is excellent (especially so because of the variations in tone and luminence in the greens). I may have tightened the shot up a bit to eliminate the flower at the rear (top), and given more prominence to the forward flowers and the luminescent greenery, but that is just being picky
Let us know how the PS course goes (where are you taking it?)
Regards, Peter

Like the others, I enjoy the bright flowers and appreciate the contrasting colours. This appears to be taken in bright sunshine, and it looks like you've lost just a little detail in some areas. In CS, you might try 'shadow/highlight' on this - not so much to lighten any dark areas, but to darken some of the lightest areas by a tad.
