The fence line crossing the scene rather splits the image and the viewer's eye doesn't travel into the picture. Otherwise it's a fair enough scene perhaps in need of more contrast on the BG trees.

I like the area above the fencing with the contrast between the darker trees on the right and left edges (wish that there would have been a couple more of those darker trees to heighten the sense of contrast) and the relative lightness of the background trees at the centre of the image. A solid wintry feel to the picture!
