The color of the Dahlia is well complemented by the framing green leaves while at the same time allowing the Dahlia to stand out strongly in the image. The inclusion of the water droplets add a pleasing textural feel to the composition... one of those images where one finds their hand drawn to the image as if one could actually feel the moisture and the softness of the Dahlia petals.

Well my friend..two words here.. absolutely superb! very nicely composed I like your chosen angle and your depth is spot on giving razor sharp detail. The colour saturation is just wonderful too.. all in a wonderful shot for the theme.

There's not much you can't do with your camera! Wonderful 3-D effect, and great tonal range in the flower. Perfect for the theme!
