It was pouring down rain and I was standing in the bus shelter waiting for the downtown bus to go back home and I took several shots through the glass of the bus shelter and I particularly liked this one. In CS2 I used the following effects in sequence. Shadow/highlight (50,0,0), equalize, and shadow/highlight (50,0.0) once again. I liked the feel that one was standing outside a car looking at the waitress coming to serve the customer in the rain. Actually it is a mural painted on the side of an A&W on Portage West in Winnipeg, Mb. Artist:- Tom Andrich

I like this shot, made me stop, look and try and work out what was going on in the scene. Well spotted and great for the theme today.
Best wishes

Jan, Hi:

Very interesting and creative work, Jan. Special for the theme with a postcard effect. Impressively and artistically done.

Thanks and have a very good upcoming week.

I feel sure this would sell in a gallery.
The strength of the colours from behind the rain spattered glass make this a powerful and interesting image.

hello, This is really fun and cleverly done. I love the colours and the effects of the rain drops. I would love to hang this on my wall. Joni

Very creative Jan. You should have some of your images framed and do a show. Great for the Sunday theme.

Well captured Jan, without your notes I would have assumed you had taken the photo of the rain.

Abosolutely stunning Jan, the cold blue and warm yellow sit so well together and the droplets with the soft BG give an almost abstract feel. Nice framing compliments the shot well.

Thank you for posting
kind regards Helen
