I nearly didn't open the thumbnail for this picture thinking cattle and not elephants... so I'm glad I did. It is hard to imagine after a life time of living in say Western Europe to one day go to Kenya and then to get up one morning to a view such as this... the view would stay with me forever and make me glad I was a photographer so I could share the image with other people so that they might experience a little of what you felt as the photographer.

You wouldn't want that lot in your back garden, but what a great view, must have been wonderful. Would the image take a slight crop off the bottom and even more focus the attention on the elephants? just a thought. Thanks and best wishes

Hello Vic.
Prefer to look at it, from an airconditioned room, haha
But must agree, from 'your point of view' its more alife.
Lovely scene, great shot.

A great experience well portrayed here Vic. Quite a large group - something you'd never see except in the wild. Exceptional!
