The Ring Tailed Lemurs were enjoying their breakfast when I showed up at the Assiniboine Park Zoo just after its 9 AM opening.

The f4.5 setting usually overcomes the fencing but there is still a hint of that fencing with this picture. The f4.5 setting works best with those creatures that stand still for a few moments but not so well with the more active creatures like the Lemurs.

Those lemurs really seemed to be enjoying themselves and I just found this to be a fun image capturing a moment in their day to day life at the Zoo.

Fun image and great interest with all those hungry ringtails Smile
Especially like the expression of the lemur left.

Cute shot, they are surprisingly tidy. Not sure that one of the left is too happy about it's photo being taken. Talking with his mouth full it seems.

Nice looking picture, Jan.
Pity of the fence which is visuble.
Best regards,
the other Jan

You captured the moment perfectly. Really like that Lemur on the left - it's as if he's saying "there's no more room at this banquet for you...buzz off!!!" The fencing is a bit distracting - but sometimes you have to go with what is available.

Jan, great shot of the Lemurs. Like you say, you can still see faintly the fence. Thanks for commenting on my 'Early Catch' photo. I appreciate it. Have a great day, Bill
