This is on the river Nid in the next village on from mine. I love exploring this area having only lived here 6 months - this is only 3 miles away and I didn't know it was there!

Hi Paula
Good use of the ND filters has allowed the water to flow nicely without over-exposing the white froth of the water for a well exposed result. The composition is well augmented by the perspective which places the weir at an attractive angle.
All-in-all, a well thought out image.

Lovely wide waterfall. Wonder is it safe to walk to the opposite side ?

The other side is through someones garden Jan. I actually think it would have been a better side to shoot from but I just couldn't get there - I might just knock on the door and ask!!

Great diagonal lines and well composed with good DOF.
