Phew finally five minutes to upload an image or two. This shot taken at the wild fowl reserve near my dad's in Conningsby. Half the pond was frozen and the air was chilled with freezing fog. Framed and signed in photofiltre.

Greetings Helen,
I like the woodsy, misty and moody feel about this shot. One can almost feel the cold permeate the bones. Well composed. The house in the BG acts as a very nice accent.
I inherited a new helper who insists on walking over the keyboards as I type. A very handsome black striped tabby called Bleue. Joni

I love the shots that are ideal habitat for the mallard; as an old duckhunter I appreciate the cold yet beautiful scene. My toes are getting cold.

Helen, Friendly Greetings:

Splendid composition. Wonderful image of beautiful Nature, fog, ice and cold that can go right through a person. Well done and impressively presented.

Congratulations

Hi Helen
The leaves are gone, the bushes are starting to bend from the cold and the ducks continue in the cold foggy day. You captured a very attractive shot, the details showing well through the fog.

A Lovely moody shot here Helen. I love the little ducks set so perfectly into the gap. Now am I getting slope eye or does it need just a tad rotation to straighten? Great job to capture the fog and the other nice details at the same time.

Lovely earthy tones Helen. Well composed and just enough clear detail to make this a very interesting image,
David
