I greatly reduced the red saturation and the yellow a little less then applied a curve (as so often is the case, a simple auto curve was sufficient). I dumbed down the white bits at the left of frame and applied a little local sharpening to the eyes (sharpen tool).
As an afterthought - you may be able to bring out lip colour if you so desire by increasing the magenta saturation and decreasing the lightness of same - but I haven't tried it so you would need to keep an eye on what changes it made to the image generally.
I used CS4 as you do.

I like what you have done here but it is hard to know what colour she was, but I agree she was a bit orangey .. but hey so is Dale Winterton Smile
