On a rainy day in Quebec City last fall, we were being shown around by this very good tour guide. He was pointing out a very intriquing wall mural in the city--I'll perhaps post an image of it later--and I just wanted his photo for posterity and the vacation album, but also was taken by this candid shot of him answering a question and pointing to the object of his response.

I can see why he needs the brolly to hold aloft - he's the shortest person there. I like photos that pick a person out of the crowd with limited DoF and this is a good example.

The pointing finger is complemented by the tour guide's glance which helps to carry the eyes of the viewer through the image. I like your use of the people on the tour working to serve as a framing for the tour guide.
