I took this shot of Cromer Pier from the promenade with the intention of producing a stark Black and white graphic image from it. That changed slightly when playing around in Photoshop i decided it would suit a sepia tone with a dream like treatment. Perhaps to give an illusion it was just floating in space....so.
PS work
Crop top and bottom
brightness, contrast and then desaturation
curves ( tweek)
sepia
saturation to obtain my desired sepia tint
Dodge tool to remove any waves and stray seagulls.

A good subject for high key and sketch-like treatment. I think the tint works quite well too.

I like your high key treatment of the subject matter along with the placement which leads the eyes of the viewer naturally from the right edge towards the left.

I find myself wanting to balance the white space on the bottom with that on the top... more of a panoramic sense to your composition.

I must agree I do like this .. toning and high key presentation is spot on .. a crop from the bottom makes it a panoramic which I think makes for a stronger image .

Processing and high key treatment makes this a very interesting photo, nicely done and conceived.
Thanks,
Wilt
