I like the image, might have been hard to do, given the lighting, but perhaps a smaller aperture--seems there's a bit of room in the shutter speed--would have given a bit more DOF which, for me at least, would have made this even more compelling by having the boat in the center of the lake be more in focus.
Nice moment though.

I like the sense of the sea that is created by the buoys in the foreground, the sense of flow that is created from the buoys to the boat and then out over the harbour to the distant sunset sky, and the coloring in the sky which serves to balance with the darker hues in the foreground (I find myself wanting to crop down slightly in the image to eliminate some of the over exposed feel towards the upper left hand corner).

It is the combination of colours in this that appeals to me----the composition is unusual enough that it takes it from being a photo of buoys and the sea and you have some great leading lines in there----your eye just never wonders out of the image----love it----Lynne
